VertsMedia is a private media buying and campaign management workspace operated by VertsMedia ("we", "us"). By signing in or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and access

Access is by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or revoke access at any time to protect the service or its data.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes and in line with the policies of the advertising platforms you connect.
• Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the campaigns, creatives, and data you bring to the workspace. You grant us the rights needed to store and process that content solely to operate the service.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or advertising spend, arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
